Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DMComments ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

DMComments automates replies to comments and direct messages on Instagram professional accounts you connect, captures leads, and lets you sell digital products through a hosted checkout. You must have the right to operate every Instagram account you connect, and your use must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms.

Acceptable use

• No spam: automations must respond to people who interacted with your account, not send unsolicited bulk messages.
• No illegal, deceptive, or infringing content in automations or products sold through your storefront.
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or Meta platform policies.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that Meta flags for policy violations.

Plans and billing

The Free plan has usage limits shown in the app. DMComments Pro is a paid subscription billed in INR through Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST on INR purchases, invoiced).

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation: you can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Pro access continues until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. No further charges are made after cancellation.
• Subscription refunds: if the Service materially failed to work during your billing period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Digital product purchases: products bought from a creator's storefront are delivered instantly as downloads. If a download is broken or materially not as described, contact us within 7 days for a refund; otherwise digital product sales are final. The selling creator is responsible for the content of their products.

Seller storefronts and payouts

Creators selling through DMComments receive weekly payouts of their sales minus the platform commission shown in the app, after completing KYC verification.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your Instagram account.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before taking effect.
